I bought Silver Haze and the quality is good the best company I know.
Bought CBD flowers off this company a few times. And while the product itself is OK, their customer service is shockingly bad.
The problem first started when we received a package that has been opened by Royal Mail (mainly, we believe to be due to the stamp that is put on all of their packaging that makes them look suspicious).
We contacted them to advise of the issue and to not put this stamp on the next order. They responded and said that was fine, just to add a comment to the order accepting responsibility if anything went missing.
We did this and still...... the packaging was stamped!
Quick to take your money and tell you what you want yo hear, but have no idea how to follow instructions!

I placed an order 3 weeks ago that has not arrived but the company has been active to contact me on a number of occasions as there was a mistake in my delivery info. I thought i was not going to receive the item at one point but the company has tried on their end to fulfil the order by emailing me multiple times. Good trustworthy company!
I ordered the strawberry cheesecake mostly based off the great reviews but that honestly wasn’t the case for me. Although the bud looks great and effects are amazing the smell and taste is really bad.
Either I got a really bad batch or reviews are being filtered but this is a honest review. The bud smelt like a mild diesely hemp. Common of most cbd. No sweet/fruity or floral/earthy undertones. It’s taste like a really skunky bonfire. No enjoyable taste what’s so ever. Differently not a sweet creamy taste.
I’ve been apart of 2 high times cups and tried some of the best quality stuff there is to offer. I also understand the cbd genetics are over 20 years behind so terpenes are not comparable by any standard. So in short the strawberry cheesecake is not fruity with creamy undertones, does not smell delicious by any means. Tastes even worse. There’s not one good thing I could say about the taste. On the flip side the bud looks amazing. Great trim, solid dense sticky buds. The effects are also amazing. It’s just a shame the terpenes are non existent. I’ve reached out to them. Also left a review on site but as I guessed low rating reviews are rejected and not published. Would love to hear from them and get a Honest opinion on there terpenes profile for there strains.
I ordered from TheCBDFlowerShop again and I bought Strawberry Cheesecake The Buds Are 10/10.
Top quality flower, amazing smell, properly dried and cured, great taste. I’ve tried a lot of different dispensaries and The CBD Flower Shop is definitely top of the list

after reading every one reviews and people saying about how quick it turns up and they have there order basically next day, I think I’ve got short end of the stick because I got tracking number 3 days ago now and postman just been again and still no order, it’s Saturday now so il probably be waiting till Monday basically waiting a week for my order... hopefully turns up soon.....
Update: arrived this morning and all product is perfect i thought I’d put next day delivery but I must of clicked a different delivery service, changed from 3 star to 5 star :)
